The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klichko throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Klichko throws a nice looking combination but Power bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Klichko tries to bum rush Power with a series of wild strikes but Power uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Klichko gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Power to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Power drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Power jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Power is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Klichko wants to stand and escape but Power is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Power avoids a punch combination nicely.

Power changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Klichko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Power has hold of Klichko's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Klichko seems comfortable defending it but Power has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Klichko is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Klichko is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Power couldn't care less - he's delighted!
