Toner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Toner shoots for a double leg takedown but Bridge sprawls well. He's pushed Toner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jonny Bridge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brendon Toner.
A jab-cross combination lands for Bridge and sends Toner crashing to the mat! Bridge follows him down to the mat - Toner regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Toner is looking for a kimura but Bridge is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Toner to get the leverage.

Toner wants to work for an arm triangle but Bridge is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
