Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Justin Case (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Daley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daley tries to clinch up but Case circles away and keeps his distance. Daley tries to clinch but Case is having none of it. Daley uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Case dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Case fails to land the takedown. Daley tries to close the distance and clinch but Case swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Daley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Case swats him away and circles back towards the center. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daley misses with a series of wild punches.

It looks like Justin Case has been cut. Daley with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Case is trying to break the clinch but Daley is controlling him. A shot in the inside from Case. Daley lands a nice elbow. Case successfully pulls guard.
Daley throwing strikes but missing. Case utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Case had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Daley defends it easily. Daley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Case looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Daley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Daley trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Case is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Daley rolls with it to try and escape but Case cranks on the arm and Daley is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
