The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Hut fails with the takedown. The Hut fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nash avoids it really well and circles away. Nash displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from The Hut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jabba The Hut. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nash throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from The Hut. The Hut moves away from the strike by Nash. The Hut moves away from the strike by Nash. Nash misses with a hook. The Hut ducked under it nicely. Nash misses with a two punch combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nash throws the left hand but The Hut avoids the punch easily. The Hut changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nash looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Nash parries the strikes from The Hut easily there. The Hut is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Nash to escape.

Nash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Hut. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The Hut keeping moving, preventing Nash from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. The Hut drives through with a takedown into guard. Nash pushes The Hut off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. The Hut scores a takedown into full mount! Nash really wants to buck The Hut off and get back to his feet. The Hut lands a nice shot to the head.

Jabba The Hut dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That's one minute gone in the round. The Hut wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nash keeps working. The Hut slips a nice elbow through Nash's hands, connecting with Nash's forehead. The Hut looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nash with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The Hut trying to control the action but Nash is working from the bottom. The Hut is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The Hut landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The Hut looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Nash is refusing to be controlled, as The Hut sits in half guard. The Hut seems to be working for a kimura but Nash defends the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nash pushes The Hut off looking to stand but The Hut dives back in and keeps control.

Jabba The Hut dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nash wants to stand and escape but The Hut is having none of it. The Hut tries to free his leg and advance position but Nash is retaining full guard. The Hut trying to control but Nash is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Nash is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and The Hut dives into side control.
The Hut taking a break here but Nash is having none of it and regains half guard. The Hut sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nash defending well though. The Hut is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Still in half guard, The Hut seems content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ground and pound from The Hut. The Hut has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Nash is squirming around, avoiding The Hut's attempts to control the action. The Hut unloading with bombs! The Hut has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The Hut lands a big elbow. The Hut is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Nash can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jabba The Hut is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

And that's the end of the fight! Jabba The Hut showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for The Hut, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
