Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pad Digger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Yelton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yelton has chosen "My Life" - The Game as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Brett Yelton was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Digger shoots in for a takedown but Yelton shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Yelton misses with a takedown attempt
and Digger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Yelton's guard now.
Yelton is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Digger defends well.
Yelton pulls Digger in close to his closed guard and prevents Digger from doing any damage or advancing position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Digger with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Yelton to score with a decent uppercut.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Yelton seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Digger does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Digger is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Yelton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Yelton's back!

This one could be over very soon! Digger goes limp - he's gone! Yelton jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
