Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between LeSean McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kewin Bielak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, LeSean McCoy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kewin Bielak! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCoy stuffs the takedown attempt from Bielak. Bielak gets slowly back to his feet. Nice takedown defense from McCoy. No joy for Bielak on that attempt. Bielak scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. McCoy regains half guard. McCoy looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. McCoy is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bielak pulls his head out easily. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! McCoy looking for submissions from an awkward position here. McCoy is not content to let Bielak control the position. McCoy is looking to improve his position.
Bielak seems to be looking for submissions.
McCoy is looking for a sweep. Bielak is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. McCoy is not content to let Bielak control the position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. McCoy doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bielak counters with a nice uppercut. Bielak fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bielak misses with a takedown attempt and McCoy counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McCoy. LeSean McCoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kewin Bielak. McCoy is breathing heavily. McCoy wants to pass the guard but Bielak is keeping the position. McCoy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McCoy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bielak tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bielak is looking for a triangle but McCoy pushes his legs off easily.

McCoy jumps back into Bielak's guard. McCoy drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bielak looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bielak looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bielak!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bielak in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Bielak wants to stand but McCoy is controlling his arm. McCoy sneaks back into half guard. McCoy looking for submissions off his back. McCoy looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. McCoy is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bielak pulls his head out easily. Bielak stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bielak throws a series of strikes that have McCoy backpedaling.
McCoy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bielak's guard. McCoy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McCoy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. McCoy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bielak is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of McCoy, into his guard. McCoy working for a triangle but Bielak defends it easily.
Bielak thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bielak has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing McCoy to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bielak is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - McCoy pulls down on the head and he's put Bielak to sleep! This one is all over!
