Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ADRIAN ROBLES (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ROBLES comes into a darkened arena with his song building. THE FINAL COUNT DOWN kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joshua Torres! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, ADRIAN ROBLES! The judges for this bout are , and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Torres. Torres moves into the clinch. Torres prevents ROBLES from breaking the clinch. Torres really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Torres pulls guard effortlessly. ROBLES wants to control from the top but Torres keeps moving. Torres lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for ROBLES! Torres get's back to his feet. ROBLES shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Torres's guard. ROBLES's corner is telling him to maintain position. Torres is pulling down on ROBLES's head to control his posture. Torres is trying to keep ROBLES in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Torres has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but ROBLES can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Torres working a defensive guard here.
ROBLES gets to his feet. Torres looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Torres throws a push kick but ROBLES slaps the foot to one side. ROBLES throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Torres was covering up waiting for the punch and ROBLES finishes the takedown easily into guard. ROBLES is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back. Torres will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Torres is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Torres pushes ROBLES off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Torres is breathing heavily. ROBLES has his takedown stuffed and Torres counters with a nice double leg into side control. ROBLES won't be happy with that. Torres trying to control the action but ROBLES is working from the bottom. Torres looking to control but instead ROBLES has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ROBLES is trying to stand up here but Torres is controlling him well. Torres stalling. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. ROBLES moves into full guard.
ROBLES wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Torres controls from within his opponent's guard. ROBLES keeping moving, preventing Torres from controlling successfully. ROBLES looking to control.
ROBLES manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Torres manages to get himself to full guard.
ROBLES stopping the sweep attempt from Torres. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Joshua Torres will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
ROBLES fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Torres shoots and misses and ROBLES counters with a nice double leg into side control. Torres won't be happy with that. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. I wouldn't like to be where Torres is right now. Torres manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. ROBLES lands strikes from half guard. ROBLES seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Torres does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Torres trying to control but ROBLES postures up.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Torres wants to get back to his feet.
ADRIAN ROBLES has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. ROBLES trying to mount his opponent but Torres defends it. ROBLES wants to lay and pray for a moment but Torres keeps working. The fighters are battling for position here. Torres manages to regain full guard. Nice work. ROBLES prevents Torres from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Torres misses with a body shot.
Torres rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but ROBLES moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Torres doesn't succeed with the takedown and ROBLES counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Torres's guard now. ROBLES wants to control from the top but Torres keeps moving. ROBLES looking to sit in guard and control but Torres gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Torres trying to move into half guard but instead ROBLES has managed to sweep!
That's three minutes gone in the round. ROBLES showing good wrestling skills to control the position. ROBLES gets to his feet - Torres follows without any prompting. Joshua Torres is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. ROBLES fails with a takedown attempt. Torres misses with a combination
and ROBLES makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. ROBLES looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Torres is fending him off so far but ROBLES persists. Nope, Torres circles away and we're back to standing. Joshua Torres has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of ADRIAN ROBLES. Torres closes the distance and clinches. ROBLES tries to pull guard but Torres holds him up against the cage and eventually ROBLES drops back down to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A battle for position here, against the cage. ROBLES has Torres pressed against the cage.
Torres comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Torres pulls guard. Torres wants to control the position but ROBLES says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with ROBLES in particular looking to stall. Torres blocking the ground and pound attempt from ROBLES. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
ADRIAN ROBLES showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Torres moves into the clinch. ROBLES tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Torres's elbow. ROBLES pushes off an throws an elbow but Torres leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Torres pulls guard. Torres is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Torres keeping moving, preventing ROBLES from controlling successfully. ROBLES is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. ROBLES content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Torres has locked up a guillotine! Torres's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? ROBLES is holding on here and Torres must be using up a lot of energy. ROBLES has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Torres gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
