Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rominov connects with a good right hand that stumbles lee. lee circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
lee dodges the punch combination from Rominov.
Rominov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
No joy there for Rominov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
lee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rominov.
Rominov stuffs the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

lee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rominov to score an easy takedown into full guard.

lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rominov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rominov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rominov is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Let's hope that Rominov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rominov's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Rominov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Despite being in the dominant position, Leroy Rominov just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rominov is landing with some decent strikes but lee is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

lee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
lee has a closed guard, preventing Rominov from standing up.

lee is looking for a triangle here but Rominov uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Rominov takes a little break here. lee wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Rominov decides to stand back up. Rominov steps back and let's lee get back to his feet.

Rominov shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. lee manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Leroy Rominov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rominov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
