Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bob Loblaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonny Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tonny Hansen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bob Loblaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tonny Hansen! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Loblaw tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hansen swivels and escapes. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Loblaw. Loblaw fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Loblaw. That's going to take a lot out of him. Loblaw fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Loblaw looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nice sprawl there from Hansen as Loblaw shoots in. Hansen loads up on a big right hand but Loblaw slips the punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Loblaw closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hansen circles away. Tonny Hansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Loblaw shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Loblaw trying to control the position from guard on top but Hansen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Loblaw is really struggling to control Hansen but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Loblaw postures up in Hansen's guard and throws a big left but Hansen blocks it. Loblaw is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Hansen looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Loblaw wants to control from the top but Hansen keeps moving. Loblaw is breathing heavily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. No luck for Hansen with that takedown attempt. Hansen misses with the combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hansen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hansen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Loblaw swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hansen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Loblaw. Loblaw shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Hansen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Loblaw. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hansen is working to get back to half guard.
Hansen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Loblaw has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hansen's face.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hansen tries to control Loblaw's head but Loblaw pushes him back down and moves quickly to lock up an arm here - he's swung around for an armbar! Will he get it??? Yes! Hansen is tapping out! Lovely Jiu Jitsu there!
