Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Chui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ryan prevost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chui kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is A Star Is Born. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jordan Chui! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, ryan prevost! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chui scores with a jab to the head.
prevost dives in and grabs Chui's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chui pushes down on prevost's head and hops out. prevost looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chui is fending him off so far but prevost persists. Nope, Chui circles away and we're back to standing. Chui shoots in looking for a takedown. prevost tries to sprawl out of it but Chui keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. prevost manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Chui shoots and misses and prevost counters with a nice double leg into guard. prevost is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Chui seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. prevost wants to pass the guard but Chui is keeping the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chui is trying to keep prevost in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. prevost won't allow Chui to get back to his feet. prevost drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Chui dives on top into guard. Chui trying to control but prevost is working from the bottom. Chui wants to pass the guard but prevost is keeping the position. Chui slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Chui might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. prevost looking for a triangle here. Chui is fighting it but it looks tight! prevost pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Chui is tapping out - this one is all over!
