The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blitzkrieg looks for a takedown but Wonder sprawls well.
A swing and a miss from Blitzkrieg.

Nice combo by Blitzkrieg! Oh, that's hurt him - Wonder falls to the canvas and Blitzkrieg follows him into side control.
Blitzkrieg wants to control but Wonder is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wonder is trying to buck Blitzkrieg off.
Blitzkrieg creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Wonder sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Wonder avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Blitzkrieg.

Blitzkrieg looks to land a strike but Wonder avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Blitzkriegis looking to pass into half guard but Wonder pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Wonder is in guard.

Wonder is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Blitzkrieg is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Wonder thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Wonder trying to control the position but Blitzkrieg is working away.
Blitzkrieg pushes Wonder away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Wonder gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wonder creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Blitzkrieg sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blitzkrieg parries the strikes from Wonder easily there. Wonder is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Blitzkrieg to escape.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Blitzkrieg connects with a good right hand that stumbles Wonder. Wonder circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wonder takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Blitzkrieg has cracked Wonder with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Blitzkrieg lands another huge swinging hook and Wonder tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Wonder, before Blitzkrieg can land any more shots!
