Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zack Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronaldo Arona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zack Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronaldo Arona! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Arona pinned against the cage. Arona gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Arona tries to clinch up. Arona throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Harris's waist but Harris gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Arona off to one side. Arona misses with a takedown attempt and Harris counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Arona's guard now. Harris drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harris jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Harris stopping the sweep attempt from Arona. Arona looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Harris scoring with some ground and pound. Arona is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Arona really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harris. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Harris thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Harris pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Arona is keeping the position for now. Harris drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harris jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Harris is breathing heavily. Arona controls Harris momentarily but Harris frees himself. Harris stops Arona from standing up. Harris trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Horrible takedown by Arona or perhaps it was just good defense by Harris which made him look bad. Zack Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaldo Arona. Arona fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Arona shoots in and drives through. Harris sprawls well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Arona shoots for a double leg takedown but Harris sprawls well. He's pushed Arona's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Harris fails to land the takedown. Zack Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Harris stuffs the takedown attempt from Arona. Arona gets slowly back to his feet. Arona tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Harris counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Harris. Harris prevents Arona from getting back to his feet. Harris landing with the ground and pound. Harris thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Harris trying to control the position from guard on top but Arona is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Harris advances to half guard. Harris uses his free foot to push down on Arona's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Arona.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Harris but it's paid off an Arona is forced to tap! Nice work by Harris.
