Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alex Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Augustus Aurelius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aurelius wants to clinch up but Knight keeps it at a distance.
Knight just misses with a punch to the body.
Aurelius tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Knight swivels and escapes.

Knight pushes Aurelius up against the cage in a clinch.
Aurelius keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Knight's efforts to push away.
Aurelius misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Knight.
Aurelius is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Aurelius drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Knight gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Aurelius feints and as Knight raises his hands in defense, Aurelius changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Knight avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Aurelius can do anything to dispel that myth.

Augustus Aurelius showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
