The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Miyagi throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Evans was covering up waiting for the punch and Miyagi finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Evans wants to sweep here but Miyagi controlling him for the moment.
Miyagi passes Evans's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Miyagi looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Miyagi throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
