Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naoki Fujii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaime Ortega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortega has chosen Not Afraid - Eminem as his entrance music. Naoki Fujii has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Naoki Fujii! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaime Ortega! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ortega misses with a series of wild punches.
Ortega looks to land a combination but Fujii avoids it well. Fujii clinches up against the cage. Ortega tries to pull guard but Fujii holds him up against the cage and eventually Ortega drops back down to his feet.
Ortega wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Fujii has him pressed against the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Ortega. Ortega has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Ortega has had enough of the clinch but Fujii keeps him there for the moment. Fujii tries to pull guard but Ortega won't allow it.
Fujii prevents Ortega from breaking the clinch. Ortega wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Fujii prevents Ortega from breaking the clinch. Fujii tries for a takedown but Ortega manages to get underhooks.
Fujii tightens his grip and picks Ortega up, before dumping him to the ground. Ortega manages to land in guard. Fujii trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Ortega keeping full guard, as Fujii tries to pass. Ortega is looking to stand up but Fujii isn't so interested in that idea. Ortega keeping moving, preventing Fujii from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fujii tries to free his leg and advance position but Ortega is retaining full guard. Fujii is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Ortega really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fujii. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ortega looking to control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Fujii shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ortega manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Fujii throws a big right hand that misses. Fujii working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ortega's head. Ortega keeping moving, preventing Fujii from controlling successfully. Ortega is trying to keep Fujii in close.
Fujii pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ortega is keeping the position for now. Fujii thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Fujii is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ortega is looking to stand up but Fujii isn't so interested in that idea. Ortega wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fujii blocks a head kick by Ortega.
Ortega misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fujii.
Jaime Ortega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No joy there for Ortega, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fujii looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Ortega trying to control the position.
Fujii postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ortega is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fujii, into his guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ortega throwing strikes from guard but Fujii blocks nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fujii working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ortega doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ortega manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Fujii has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fujii working for a triangle but Ortega defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fujii looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ortega is defending well. Fujii quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ortega has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Fujii celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
