Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pushing YourLuck!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Williams moves into the clinch.
Williams landing knees to the body.

Williams successfully pulls guard.
Williams has a closed guard, preventing YourLuck from standing up.
YourLuck is looking to work some ground and pound but Williams has wrist control.

YourLuck drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick YourLuck off! YourLuck jumps back into Williams's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
YourLuck trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Williams on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Williams tries to get out of the position.
Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but YourLuck is one step ahead there.
Williams controls YourLuck momentarily but YourLuck frees himself.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
YourLuck tries to clinch
and Williams counters with a one-two to the body.
YourLuck has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Williams finds it's way round the side to connect with YourLuck's head.


YourLuck is rocked!

Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
YourLuck is still in real trouble! Can Williams finish him?
Williams postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. YourLuck looks a forlorn figure.

Williams working for a submission but YourLuck is keeping him at bay.
A nice elbow there by Williams.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Williams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

YourLuck working to try and regain half guard.

Williams tries to control but YourLuck wriggling away.
YourLuck seems to have recovered his senses.
YourLuck tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Williams is landing with some decent strikes but YourLuck is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
YourLuck bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Williams is breathing heavily.

YourLuck thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
YourLuck passes Williams's left leg - he's now in half guard.
YourLuck thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Williams's head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Williams is trying to maintain the position but YourLuck is very close to passing his half guard.

YourLuck decides to return to a standing position.

Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
YourLuck gets full guard.

Williams is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! YourLuck is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! YourLuck has escaped and now he's on top!
YourLuck sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Williams's guard.

YourLuck is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Williams has managed to free his arm - good work.
YourLuck is thwarting Williams's attempts to control the position.

YourLuck is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Williams is trying to get back to full guard.
Williams wants to get back to his feet.
Williams is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
YourLuck wants to pass to mount but Williams is defending the position.
YourLuck is looking to take a break and control but Williams is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Williams shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Williams showed some decent athleticism there.
YourLuck should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Williams prevents YourLuck from improving his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Peter Williams dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


YourLuck walks forward, straight into a front kick from Williams.
Williams throws a sloppy head kick and YourLuck moves out of range easily.

Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
YourLuck keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
YourLuck is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Williams controlling from the full mount.
YourLuck sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

YourLuck is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Williams pulls his head out easily.
YourLuck is breathing heavily.
Williams is trying to control the action in half guard but YourLuck is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Williams throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Williams is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but YourLuck still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, YourLuck has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
YourLuck tries to score with some ground and pound. Williams controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
YourLuck lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Williams down.

YourLuck tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no YourLuck has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Peter Williams overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Williams tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Williams is not content to let YourLuck control the position.

YourLuck controlling the position.

YourLuck tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

YourLuck in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Williams is tapping! That's the end of the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Pushing YourLuck!
