Bastos comes to the cage accompanied by No More Mr. Nice Guy. Bush has chosen Taking a Life as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastos attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Bastos checks a leg kick nicely.
Bastos throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bush scores with a punch to the head.
Bush rushes Bastos and presses him up against the cage.
Bastos can't break the clinch.
Bush breaks the clinch.
A low kick from Bastos misses
and Bush counters with a nice uppercut.
Bastos slips a straight right by Bush.
Bastos throws a lazy head kick
and Bush counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bastos thinking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bastos throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bush's head.
It looks like Harry Bush has been cut.
Bush throws a hook but Bastos blocks it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bastos. Bush does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bush lands a nice shot to the body.
Bastos is breathing heavily.
Bastos looks to land a body kick but Bush moved away.
Bush dodges the punch combination from Bastos.
Bastos misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Bush counters with an inside leg kick.
Bush sends Bastos crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bush is motioning to the referee to let Bastos up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Bastos is rocked!
Bush lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Bastos is looking to close the distance but Bush sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Bastos crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Bastos is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
