Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Cline (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Pontare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Cline had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pontare shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pontare is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Pontare sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cline defending well though.
Pontare takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Cline looks like he's trying to stand up.
Pontare works his way into side control.
Pontare lands a few punches from side control.
Pontare looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Cline is avoiding damage well.
Pontare creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Pontare lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Cline down.

Pontare lands a strong strike to the head of Cline. That's dazed him! Pontare looking to finish here. Cline is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Pontare lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
