Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flavio Calosso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calosso kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Primo Vittoria (Sabaton). Hughes has chosen Extreme Fight Music as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eddie Hughes!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calosso shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hughes pinned against the cage. Hughes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Calosso avoids the head kick by Hughes.
Hughes fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Calosso, pushing him back against the cage.
Hughes is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Calosso pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Hughes is working for takedown but Calosso is calmly controlling the position for now.
Hughes is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Flavio Calosso has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Hughes.
Hughes tightens his grip and picks Calosso up, before dumping him to the ground. Calosso manages to land in guard.
Hughes throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Calosso works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Calosso preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Calosso lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hughes!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Calosso trying to control but Hughes is having none of it.
Hughes is trying to escape the mount.
Calosso can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hughes is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hughes is trying desperately to improve position.
Hughes is trying to stand up.
Hughes throws a strike from the bottom but Calosso uses the opportunity to take his back.
Hughes is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Hughes is trying to stand back up.
Calosso lands an elbow to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hughes is trying to get back to his feet but Calosso has full control of the position and if anything, Hughes has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Hughes looks gassed!
Calosso working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Hughes is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Calosso has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Hughes taps out!
