Bundy has chosen God Hates a Coward as his entrance music. Alan Bundy has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jan David's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

David scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
David throws a strike aimed at the side of Bundy's head but Bundy avoids it well.
Bundy manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
David is looking to stall here but Bundy recovers full guard.
David with a flurry of punches that miss.
Bundy avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
David looking to sit in guard and control but Bundy gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bundy creates some space and throws a big elbow, but David sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bundy lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and David has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from David and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

David leaves Bundy with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

David fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bundy manages to avoid it.

David lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Bundy shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bundy was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
