The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Powell misses the shot to the body. Brown gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Powell. Powell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Powell displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Brown. Powell tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Powell stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Brown walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
