Mendes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Morgan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Mendes scoring with punches to the head and body.
Mendes landing some decent shots from guard.
Mendes throwing strikes but missing.
Mendes trying to control the position from guard on top but Morgan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mendes is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Mendes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morgan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Morgan has momentary wrist control but Mendes slips an elbow through the middle.
Mendes advances position into side control!

Mendes lands a decent elbow from side control.
Mendes is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Morgan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Mendes gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Morgan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Mendes lets go of the hold and Morgan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
