Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bo Lynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George St Piere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bo Lynn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George St Piere! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Piere feints and as Lynn raises his hands in defense, St Piere changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. St Piere tries to free his leg and advance position but Lynn is retaining full guard. St Piere is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. St Piere drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and St Piere jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. St Piere in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. St Piere preventing the sweep. St Piere scoring with some ground and pound. St Piere looking to pass the guard. Lynn trying to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Piere drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and St Piere jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Lynn trying to control the position.
St Piere thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Lynn is trying to control the position from the bottom.
St Piere postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lynn is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of St Piere, into his guard. St Piere keeping full guard, as Lynn tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lynn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Lynn would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Lynn throws a big right hand that misses. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as St Piere holds on and takes a little breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lynn trying to control the position from guard on top but St Piere is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lynn looking to pass the guard. Lynn trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but St Piere manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. St Piere is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lynn misses with a wild combination.
Lynn is breathing heavily. St Piere closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lynn to the mat! Lynn manages to get full guard. St Piere lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. St Piere throwing strikes but missing. St Piere advances to half guard. St Piere is looking for a kimura but Lynn is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for St Piere to get the leverage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. St Piere works his foot free and advances to mount. St Piere working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Lynn turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips St Piere off and cradles Lynn's limp body as St Piere celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). George St Piere!
