Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adolf Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Champ Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hart swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Green fails with the takedown.
Hart shoots and misses

and Green holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Hart pulls guard successfully.
Hart wants to stand and escape but Green is having none of it.
Green is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hart is trying to control the position but Green postures up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Green advances to half guard.
Green is taking a breather. Hart says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Green seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hart for as long as he can get away with.

Green thows a huge punch but Hart dodges it nicely.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hart gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Green counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hart's guard now.

Green drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hart manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Green has Hart in his guard.

Hart tries to free his leg and advance position but Green is retaining full guard.
Hart stands and throws Green's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Green is trying to control but Hart passes into side control!
Green trying to control but Hart flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Hart doesn't have the hooks in and Green manages to turn into his guard.
Green is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Adolf Green just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

so Hart counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hart wants to pass the guard but Green is keeping the position.

A close round but Champ Hart will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Hart tries a head kick but it misses.

Green looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hart!

Green wants to finish this one by submission but Hart is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Green.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Green lands with some strikes.
Hart tries to hold on but Green postures up.
A nice elbow there by Green.

Hart tries to roll over but Green keeps him under control.
Hart is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Green's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Green's back!
Hart is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Hart gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Hart gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Hart apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Adolf Green is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Green closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Green lands in his opponent's guard.
Hart keeping moving, preventing Green from controlling successfully.

Hart bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Green's guard.
Hart slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Hart is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Green knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Hart decides to stand back up. Hart steps back and let's Green get back to his feet.

Green has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hart uses from the top position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Adolf Green will probably get the nod.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Green.

Green changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hart looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Green feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Green is trying to stick to Hart's back but Hart is turning into Green. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Green's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hart.
