The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bellavoni throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Giguere feints and as Bellavoni raises his hands in defense, Giguere changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Giguere slips nicely into half guard.
Giguere missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Giguere is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Giguere is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bellavoni doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Giguere.
Giguere trying to mount his opponent but Bellavoni defends it.
Bellavoni tries to get to full guard but Giguere has control of the leg.

Giguere throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Giguere missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Giguere sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Bellavoni defending well though.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Giguere looks gassed!
Giguere avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bellavoni swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Giguere.
Bellavoni smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Bellavoni throws an overhand right that lands on Giguere's shoulder, as Giguere tries to avoid the shot.
Bellavoni misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Giguere.
Bellavoni connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Giguere! He's out on his feet! Bellavoni rushes in and drops Giguere with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
