The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Raschke throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Von Raschke throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Paul Von Raschke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Overeem moves into range and clinches up with Von Raschke.
Von Raschke tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Overeem just stands there and leans against the cage.
Overeem's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Von Raschke will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Von Raschke throws a half hearted mid kick.
Von Raschke drops his hands momentarily and Overeem needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Von Raschke just on the top of the head. Von Raschke drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Von Raschke - he's done!
