Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ozzie Castillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Brickwall!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo lands with a nice body punch.
Brickwall uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Castillo.
Castillo throws a lazy right hand but Brickwall sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Castillo misses with a straight right.
Brickwall looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Castillo scores with a decent looking hook.
Castillo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brickwall moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Castillo lands a nice hook to Brickwall's body. Brickwall takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Brickwall should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Brickwall tries to move into range but Castillo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.


It looks like Chris Brickwall has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brickwall misses with a double jab
letting Castillo counter with a right hand.
Castillo looks to score with a jab to the body but Brickwall is just out of range.
Brickwall has his takedown stuffed
and Brickwall takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Brickwall bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Brickwall working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Castillo is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Brickwall has an Americana. Castillo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Brickwall is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Brickwall hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Chris Brickwall!
