Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Quinn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Timo Zitling!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinn gets a takedown into half guard.
Quinn thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Zitling's head.
Quinn is pressing down on Zitling's thigh, looking to free his foot. Zitling is holding on for now.
Quinn is controlling the pace.
Zitling wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zitling works his way to full guard. Good work.
Quinn sitting in guard here, content to control.
Quinn is standing up over Zitling. Zitling looks to escape but Quinn dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Quinn is putting a hurting on Zitling here, landing some big shots from side control.
Zitling tries to control but Quinn manages to take his back.
Zitling has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Quinn.
Quinn lands a shot to the body.
Quinn slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Quinn doesn't have the hooks in and Zitling manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Zitling has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Quinn is proving hard to escape from.
Zitling looking to sit in guard and control but Quinn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Quinn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Quinn throwing strikes from guard but Zitling blocks nicely.
Quinn slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Quinn trying to control the position from guard on top but Zitling is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Quinn stays in close to Zitling's body and controls the position.
Zitling is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Quinn is controlling him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Quinn dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Quinn slips a jab and a cross from Zitling.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Zitling.
Zitling throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Zitling displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Peter Quinn has been cut.
Zitling lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Quinn can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Zitling and Quinn drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Zitling.
