Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan McPhee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dr Murdock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McPhee's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Loose yourself. Dr Murdock has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McPhee on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Murdock. Murdock obviously looking to wear him down.
McPhee throws a jab but it's blocked by Murdock.
McPhee is looking to clinch.
McPhee misses with a leg kick
enabling Murdock to counter with a crisp jab.
McPhee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Both fighters circling a little - Murdock finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Murdock works the jab nicely.
McPhee shoots in but Murdock avoids the takedown attempt easily.

McPhee gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Murdock can't do much from the bottom here.
You can see the frustration on Murdock's face as McPhee controls the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nice sprawl there from Murdock as McPhee shoots in.
Murdock displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McPhee throws out the jab.
McPhee misses with a looping left.
Murdock connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
McPhee misses with an uppercut. Murdock saw that one coming.
Murdock scores with a punch to the head.
McPhee shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Murdock but Murdock pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Murdock has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Murdock lands a nice leg kick that just misses McPhee's sensitive parts.

Murdock scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. McPhee doesn't seem bothered though.

Murdock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McPhee momentarily.
Dr Murdock is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Murdock closes the distance and lands a one-two.
The fighters circle momentarily. Murdock darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Murdock fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Murdock scores with a leg kick.
Murdock lands a nice looking body shot.
McPhee walks into a jab.
Murdock lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
McPhee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Murdock scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Murdock lands a nice shot that snaps McPhee's head back.
Murdock lands with an uppercut that bounces McPhee off the ropes and back into rage.
Murdock moves out of range of the strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dr Murdock dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Murdock scores with a jab. McPhee acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
McPhee doesn't manage to clinch there - Murdock circles away.
Murdock stuns McPhee with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Murdock.
Murdock moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Murdock works over McPhee's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Murdock scores with a jab to the jaw.
Murdock explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Murdock lands a left and a right that send McPhee crashing to the mat, dazed. Murdock thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

McPhee is rocked!
Murdock thuds his shin into the meat of McPhee's side.
Murdock circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! McPhee drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Murdock follows McPhee to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
