Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Oppenheimer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Hatcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Oppenheimer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Hatcher! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oppenheimer moves into the clinch. Oppenheimer fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Oppenheimer jumps guard but Hatcher stands there with Oppenheimer around his waist. Oppenheimer gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Oppenheimer pulls guard effortlessly. Hatcher would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Oppenheimer is looking for a triangle but Hatcher pushes his legs off easily.
Oppenheimer keeping full guard, as Hatcher tries to pass. Hatcher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oppenheimer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hatcher is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Oppenheimer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hatcher's guard. Oppenheimer wants to control from the top but Hatcher keeps moving. Hatcher pushes Oppenheimer off and gets back to his feet.
Oppenheimer closes the distance and clinches up with Hatcher, looking for a takedown. Oppenheimer pushes Hatcher against the ropes but Hatcher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Oppenheimer. That's going to take a lot out of him. A shot to de liver by Hatcher. Beautiful body shot. Hatcher tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Oppenheimer was well out of range. Poor timing from Hatcher. Hatcher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Oppenheimer.

Oppenheimer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hatcher walks away with a smile on his face. Oppenheimer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Oppenheimer fails with a takedown attempt. Oppenheimer fails with a takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Oppenheimer is looking to clinch but Hatcher is avoiding it.

Tommy Hatcher dominated that round. That's time! Oppenheimer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Oppenheimer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hatcher's waist but Hatcher gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oppenheimer off to one side. Oppenheimer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Oppenheimer walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Robert Oppenheimer has been cut. Hatcher swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Hatcher tries to avoid it but Oppenheimer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hatcher to the ground. Hatcher escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Oppenheimer slips under a jab. Hatcher utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hatcher wants to stand up but Oppenheimer is controlling him. Oppenheimer trying to control the position from guard on top but Hatcher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Oppenheimer trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hatcher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Oppenheimer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hatcher dives on top into guard. Oppenheimer looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Hatcher puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Oppenheimer tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Hatcher has advanced to mount. Uh oh. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Hatcher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Robert Oppenheimer's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hatcher regains half guard, as Oppenheimer was trying to land strikes. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hatcher can do anything to dispel that myth. Oppenheimer is working for a kimura but Hatcher is defending it quite comfortably.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hatcher looks like he's trying to stand up.
Oppenheimer is thwarting Hatcher's attempts to control the position. Hatcher is not content to let Oppenheimer control the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Oppenheimer not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
