The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karhu fails to land the takedown.
Chambers has his takedown stuffed

and Karhu moves into the clinch.

Chambers breaks the clinch.

Karhu tries to keep at a distance but Chambers has taken the fight into the clinch.
Karhu is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Karhu tries to pull guard but Chambers won't allow it.
Reginald Chambers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jore Karhu.
Chambers can't get the takedown.

Chambers jumps guard and drags Karhu to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Karhu closes the distance and clinches.

Karhu drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Chambers gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Karhu manages to pull guard.
Karhu manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Chambers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Karhu on the ground.

Karhu is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Chambers has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Karhu looks gassed!

Karhu is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Karhu extends the arm and Chambers is forced to tap!
