Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Flay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Jar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flay comes to the cage accompanied by .. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Flay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ralph Jar! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flay gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jar. Flay moves in looking to clinch but Jar pushes him off. Jar loads up on a big right hand but Flay slips the punch. Flay misses with a body shot.
Jar misses with an uppercut. Jar lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Flay drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Flay working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Jar is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Flay is controlling him. Flay working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Flay accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Flay trying to control but Jar is working from the bottom. Flay might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Flay loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flay trying to control but Jar is working from the bottom. Jar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Jar throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Flay escapes and throws Jar's legs to the side, diving into side control! Jar tries to escape but Flay is in control. Jar is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Flay off and has taken his back! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Flay trying to survive by controlling the hands. Jar cracks Flay with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Flay from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Flay tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jar is working Flay over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. That's three minutes gone in the round. Jar throws a big right hand that misses. Jar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Jar is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Jar throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Jar throws a strike but Flay rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Flay throwing strikes but missing. Flay pushes down on Jar's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jar is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Flay working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Jar blocking the ground and pound attempt from Flay. Jar is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Flay scores with a couple of nice shots. Jar keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jar wants to control but Flay is keeping busy.
Flay with the ground and pound but Jar uses the opportunity to regain guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Flay throwing strikes from guard but Jar blocks nicely. Flay throws and elbow that misses. Jar uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Flay's guard. Nice move by Jar! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ralph Jar will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Jar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Flay tries to avoid it but Jar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Flay to the ground. Flay escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jar throws an overhand right that lands on Flay's shoulder, as Flay tries to avoid the shot. Jar pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Flay scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Flay ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jar misses with a looping left. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jar, as that shot connected.
Flay blocks a jab. Flay with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jar tries to bum rush Flay with a series of wild strikes but Flay uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A cross from Jar lands. Jar is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Jar tries to keep at a distance but Flay has taken the fight into the clinch. Jar blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Jar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Flay fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Flay lands a body punch. Jar is breathing heavily. A battle for position here, against the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Flay. Nice body punch from Flay. A short body shot lands from Flay as the two fighters clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Flay lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Flay lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Jar. Flay has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jar clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Flay scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Jar throws the left hand but Flay avoids the punch easily. Flay comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Flay cracks Jar with a good jab. Flay feints and then cracks Jar's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jar down. Flay slips under a jab from Jar. Flay stuns Jar with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Flay lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jar's sensitive parts. Jar throws a series of punches but Flay avoids them all with ease. Flay throws a shot to the body.
Ralph Jar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Flay scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Flay is looking to wear down Jar with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Flay tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flay lunges at Jar with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jar's hand. Flay lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jar's sensitive parts. Flay throws a leg kick which misses Jar's front leg but catches the back leg as Jar tries to avoid it. An inside leg kick lands from Flay. Jar looks to land a left hand but Flay moved out of range nicely. Flay's corner calls for a 1-2. Flay obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Excellent takedown into side control there by Flay. Flay landing a few strikes. Flay lands a few punches from side control. Flay wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jar keeps working. Flay throws a strike aimed at the side of Jar's head but Jar avoids it well. Flay sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Jar is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jar holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Jar is looking to reverse the position. Flay lands some shots froms side control. Jar is looking for a sweep. Flay looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Jar tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flay trying to control the action but Jar is working from the bottom. Jar manages to work his way to half guard, despite Flay's best efforts. Jar keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jar is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Flay scores with a couple of nice shots. Flay thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Flay thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jar's head. Flay throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Flay missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Flay wants to pass to mount but Jar is defending the position. Flay prevents Jar from standing back up.

And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Flay showed his dominance in that final round. Well Flay has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
