Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcelo Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamed Raghdan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rua shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Raghdan napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Raghdan is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Rua tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Raghdan on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

It looks like Mohamed Raghdan has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Raghdan manages to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rua throwing shots but Raghdan is blocking nicely.
Rua lands strikes from half guard.
Raghdan trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Rua lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Raghdan hang on?
Rua prevents Raghdan from getting the reversal.
Rua loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Raghdan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Rua land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Rua stands and salutes the crowd.
