Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Potemkin Buster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andy Booth has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Andy Booth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Potemkin Buster! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buster slips a straight right by Booth. Booth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Buster was well out of range. Poor timing from Booth. Booth swings for the body but Buster moves out of range.
Buster misses with a takedown attempt - Booth sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Buster shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Booth manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Buster postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Booth is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Buster, into his guard. Buster looking for a sweep. Not yet Buster, not yet. Booth has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Buster is proving hard to escape from. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Buster not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Buster is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Booth wanted to stand there but Buster had control of the position. Buster trying to keep a closed guard but Booth is proving a slippery customer.
Buster might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Booth kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Buster is adopting a defensive guard.
Despite being in the dominant position, Potemkin Buster just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Buster scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Booth pushes Buster off looking to stand but Buster dives back in and keeps control.
Buster is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Booth doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Buster. Buster seems to be working for a kimura but Booth defends the submission attempt. Buster is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Buster is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Booth has managed to free his arm - good work. Buster looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Buster looks gassed! Booth is looking to escape. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Buster ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Booth moves away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Potemkin Buster dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Buster darts in and clinches Booth up against the cage. Buster has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Booth is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Buster misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Booth.
Buster drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Booth gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. Booth fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Buster lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Booth trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Buster is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Booth is trying to stand up here but Buster is controlling him well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Buster throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Booth's waist but Booth gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Buster off to one side. Andy Booth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Potemkin Buster. Nice shot lands for Booth. Booth throws a hook but Buster avoids it easily. Booth swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Booth throws a series of punches but Buster avoids them all with ease. Booth lands a glancing blow to the side of Buster's head. Buster clinches up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buster has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Booth is trying to keep an underhook but Buster manages to get the takedown into half guard. Booth pushes Buster off and gets back to his feet. Booth throws a jab when Buster was well out of range. Buster fails with the takedown. Booth misses with the combination.
Booth looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Buster scores with a shot to the body.
Booth tries to keep at a distance but Buster has taken the fight into the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Booth working hard to break the clinch. Buster has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Booth is trying to keep an underhook but Buster manages to get the takedown into half guard. Buster moves nicely into side control. Buster is working to tighten is grip on Booth's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Booth has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Buster is really squeezing tight and eventually Booth passes out! Buster breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
