The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanoff misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Stanislov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stanislov throws a right and a left that Romanoff avoids nicely.

Romanoff throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stanislov's waist but Stanislov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Romanoff off to one side.
Nice shot lands for Stanislov.
Romanoff shoots for a double leg takedown but Stanislov sprawls well. He's pushed Romanoff's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vladdy Stanislov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Romanoff.
