Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Coral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brad Coral!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nick Bradshaw!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Bruno Lombardi and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradshaw will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Coral cracks Bradshaw with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Coral darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bradshaw wants to improve his position but Coral is controlling well.
Coral is just content to waste time from the top position. Bradshaw takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Coral drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bradshaw looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bradshaw looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bradshaw!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coral manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Bradshaw is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Coral pulls his head out easily.
Coral working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bradshaw is on top in guard.

Bradshaw should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Coral wants to control but Bradshaw is keeping busy.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bradshaw is landing with some decent strikes but Coral is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Bradshaw is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Coral can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Bradshaw postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Coral looks a forlorn figure.
Coral sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Bradshaw wants to advance to full mount but Coral doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Bradshaw has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Bradshaw postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Bradshaw is in close to Coral's body, working some short punches and elbows.

and Coral counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bradshaw won't be happy with that.

Coral has control of Bradshaw's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bradshaw regains control of the situation pretty easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Coral stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bradshaw swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bradshaw working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Coral doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Coral manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bradshaw has his foot on Coral's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Coral works his way back into a safe position though.

Bradshaw is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Coral is looking to control Bradshaw's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Coral avoid being mounted?

Nick Bradshaw showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Coral misses with a takedown

and Bradshaw decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Coral's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bradshaw shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Bradshaw lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Nick Bradshaw comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bradshaw has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
