Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mainto Neproski!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neproski slips a jab and a cross from Sanchez.
Sanchez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rob Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sanchez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sanchez takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sanchez scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sanchez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Neproski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Neproski drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Neproski trying to control the position from guard on top but Sanchez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sanchez wants to stand up but Neproski is controlling him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Neproski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Neproski postures up in Sanchez's guard and throws a big left but Sanchez blocks it.

Neproski is working an open guard so Sanchez takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Sanchez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Neproski circles away quickly and effectively.

It looks like Rob Sanchez has been cut.

Neproski shoots in and bounces Sanchez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Neproski shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sanchez is trying to defend but Neproski finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Neproski shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sanchez napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neproski throws a strike aimed at the side of Sanchez's head but Sanchez avoids it well.
Neproski tries to move to mount but Sanchez blocks the move with his legs.
Sanchez tries to escape but Neproski is in control.

and Neproski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Neproski jabs Sanchez right on the nose. Sanchez blinks but takes it well.
Neproski scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Sanchez drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.


Rob Sanchez's cut is getting worse.
Neproski has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Neproski feints and as Sanchez raises his hands in defense, Neproski changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Mainto Neproski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Neproski has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
