Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Reyna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Canadian Saint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reyna comes into the arena with "Blizkreigbop" the Ramones blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint misses with the combination.
Saint throws a shot to the body.
Saint lands the left hand.
Reyna shoots in looking for a takedown. Saint tries to sprawl out of it but Reyna keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Saint manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reyna is defended easily by Saint.
Reyna shoots in for a takedown but Saint shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Reyna. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reyna throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saint's waist but Saint gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reyna off to one side.
Reyna dives in and grabs Saint's left leg, looking for a takedown. Saint pushes down on Reyna's head and hops out.
Saint keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Reyna staying out of range there.

Reyna looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Reyna is breathing heavily.
Saint will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
