Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, LOOSE CANNON!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assassin stuffs the takedown.

Assassin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in CANNON's guard.

CANNON is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Assassin defends well.
Assassin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as CANNON works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

CANNON is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

CANNON escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Assassin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Assassin is looking to work some ground and pound but CANNON has wrist control.

CANNON looking for a guillotine here but Assassin defends easily.
Assassin is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Assassin slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

CANNON struggling a bit here.
CANNON taking punishment in the form of punches.
CANNON is trying to get back to half guard.
Assassin in side control lands a decent elbow.
CANNON takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
CANNON is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Assassin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Assassin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Assassin has an Americana. CANNON didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Assassin is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Assassin hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
