Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Manny Masato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnny Rain is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manny Masato! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Rain! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rain moves out of range as Masato throws a body kick.
Rain throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rain is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Masato throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rain swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Rain tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Masato paws at him with a jab and circles away. Masato finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Masato lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Rain connects with the punch. This has been an exciting period of action! Rain throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Masato doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Masato takes a jab right on the kisser.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rain cracks Masato with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Nice combo by Rain! Oh, that's hurt him - Masato falls to the canvas and Rain follows him into side control.
Masato is rocked! Rain moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Oh Masato is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Masato on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Masato tries to get out of the position. Masato seems to have got his legs back now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rain decides to stand back up. Rain steps back and let's Masato get back to his feet. Rain smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Rain fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Manny Masato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rain closes the distance and clinches. Rain is looking to break free of the clinch but Masato has double underhooks. Rain is working Masato over against the cage. Rain gets control of Masato's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rain will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Rain bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Masato's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rain showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Rain decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Masato, up you get! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Rain dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Masato throws a body kick that misses. Masato dodges the punch combination from Rain.
Good work by Rain as he checks the leg kick. Masato throws a leg kick but Rain sees it coming and moves out of range. Rain jabs Masato right on the nose. Masato blinks but takes it well. Rain digs a good hook to Masato's body.

Rain throws a series of punches but Masato avoids them all with ease. Rain tries to clinch but Masato is having none of it. Masato pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Johnny Rain seems to be getting the better of the standup. Rain closes the distance and clinches.

Rain pulls guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rain is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rain wants to free his trapped foot but Masato is holding on for dear life with his legs. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Rain decides to stand up. Rain falls off balance throwing a combination
and Masato counters with a low kick, right behind Rain 's knee. Masato throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rain rushes Masato and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rain tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Masato smiles and moves away.
Rain dives in and grabs Masato's left leg, looking for a takedown. Masato pushes down on Rain's head and hops out. Rain rushes Masato and presses him up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Masato tries to land a knee to the head but Rain blocks with his arms.
Rain jumps guard but Masato stands there with Rain around his waist. Rain gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Manny Masato has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Rain. A short right hand to the side of the head by Rain. Masato stops a takedown attempt from Rain.
Masato is trying to break the clinch but Rain has him pressed against the cage. Rain wants the takedown. Masato is fighting it off but Rain persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Masato's guard against the cage. Rain stands and steps away. Masato gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rain throws a shot to the body.
Rain looks to land a combination but Masato avoids it well. Masato tries to keep at a distance but Rain has taken the fight into the clinch. Masato tries a knee to the head but Rain blocks it.
Rain has Masato pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Masato manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rain decides to pull guard. Rain wants to sweep but no luck. Rain is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Rain showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Rain lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rain scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Rain lands with a big right hook that stumbles Masato - he's out on his feet here! Rain follows up with another monster hook that separates Masato from consciousness! Masato falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Rain stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
