Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egg Nok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Max House has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nok tries a head kick but it misses.

House shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Nok is trying to maintain the position but House is very close to passing his half guard.
Nok won't allow House to pass to mount.
House takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

House has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

House looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Nok connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

House decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

House feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Nok is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
House thows a big elbow that misses.

House drops back looking for a leg! Nok is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nok manages to kick House off! House jumps back into Nok's guard.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and House has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from House and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
