Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Phil Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mariusz Jurczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 2001 Space Odissey/Blow me away (Breaking Benjamin) combo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Phil Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mariusz Jurczyk! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jurczyk shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Stone sprawls well. Stone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jurczyk gets slowly back to his feet. Jurczyk fails with a takedown attempt. Jurczyk looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Phil Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mariusz Jurczyk. Stone lands with a kick to the ribs.
Stone lands a jab to Jurczyk's midsection. Jurczyk looks gassed! Jurczyk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Stone avoids it really well and circles away. Stone lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stone.
It looks like Mariusz Jurczyk has been cut. Stone shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jurczyk napping and manages to drive through into side control! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stone working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jurczyk is trying to control Stone's posture but Stone avoids it. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jurczyk with a poor takedown so Stone counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stone lands a nice short elbow. Stone missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Stone controlling the pace. Jurczyk is trying to maintain the position but Stone is very close to passing his half guard. Jurczyk is trying to get back to full guard. Stone not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jurczyk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Stone counters with a single leg into guard. Jurczyk didn't expect that. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's one minute gone in the round. Stone lands strikes from half guard. Jurczyk is looking for a sweep. Stone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Stone controlling the action here. Jurczyk avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stone.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jurczyk misses with a takedown and Stone counters by clinching up. Stone lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Stone pulls guard. Stone pulls Jurczyk in close to prevent any damage. Jurczyk avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jurczyk gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Stone working for a triangle but Jurczyk defends it easily.

Stone is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jurczyk is aware though and is defending well. Jurczyk lands a couple of elbows. Stone is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jurczyk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stone keeps working. Stone gets full guard. Jurczyk passes Stone's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Stone trying to control from the bottom.
Stone is pressing down on Jurczyk's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Stone wants to sweep but no luck. Jurczyk passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. Phil Stone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Jurczyk is in a horrible position here. Stone smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Stone cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jurczyk accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Stone is trying to control the position but Jurczyk postures up. Jurczyk looking to sit in guard and control but Stone gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Stone stays in close to Jurczyk's body and controls the position. Stone cracks Jurczyk with a solid left hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone scoring with punches to the head and body. Stone is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jurczyk can do to turn this around? Stone pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jurczyk is keeping the position for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jurczyk is on top in guard.

Jurczyk looks to land a strike but Stone avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Phil Stone showed his dominance in that final round. Well Stone has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
