Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lande Paukku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Paukku's choice of entrance music: A Country Boy Can Survive. Lande Paukku has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Paukku as he avoids it easily.
Paukku should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Power lands a head kick!

Power moves into the clinch successfully.
Paukku is still on wobbly legs! Can Power finish him?
Power breaks the clinch.
Power tries a head kick but it misses.
Paukku stuffs the takedown.

Power will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Power working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Paukku looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Power on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Power is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Paukku scores with a couple of nice shots.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Paukku has eaten all the pies!

That was a close round but I would say that Max Power will probably get the nod.

Paukku fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Power sprawls well initially but Paukku persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Power is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Power escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Paukku gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Paukku keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Power's head.
Power is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Paukku gets underhooks to prevent Power's takedown attempt.
Paukku drops down looking for an ankle pick but Power pulls his leg out and moves away.
Paukku takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Power lands a brutal head kick. Paukku looks out on his feet and Power throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Max Power!
