Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Aerts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Swiss Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Peter Aerts has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aerts tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Drake tries for a takedown but Aerts sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Drake looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Aerts!

Drake looking to secure an arm triangle but Aerts defends it well.

Drake is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Aerts is surviving well by controlling Drake's body position as best he can.
Drake should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Drake has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Aerts tries to clinch but Drake is having none of it.

Aerts throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Drake closes the distance and clinches up with Aerts, looking for a takedown. Drake pushes Aerts against the cage but Aerts circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Nice takedown defense from Aerts. No joy for Drake on that attempt.
Aerts fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Drake.

Aerts is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Drake is controlling him well.

Drake cracks Aerts with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Aerts has left one of his arms exposed and Drake doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Aerts screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
