Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franky Morena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Morena might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to DMX - X Gonna Give It To Ya. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morena shoots in for a double leg but Roberts sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Morena misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Horrible takedown by Morena or perhaps it was just good defense by Roberts which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Franky Morena. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Morena.
Roberts checks a low kick from Morena.
A head kick misses from Morena.
Morena looks to land a combination. Roberts sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Roberts stuffs the takedown.

Roberts gets a clinch.
Roberts with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Franky Morena has been cut.
Morena is breathing heavily.

Roberts has the Thai plumb, controlling the head nicely. He loads up with a big knee to the head and Morena goes down! Roberts pounces into side control - this one could be over soon!

Morena is rocked!

Roberts decides to stand back up.
Oh Morena is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Roberts clinches with his opponent.
Roberts lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Roberts creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Morena! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Roberts.
