The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Sano and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Parks looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Yamada throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kenshiro Yamada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yamada fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Parks changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yamada tries to avoid it but Parks manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yamada to the ground. Yamada escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Yamada lands a right hook to the body.
Yamada ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Parks moves away.
Yamada throws a right and a left that both miss.
Yamada scores with the left hand. Parks knows he should have avoided that one.
Yamada misses with a series of wild punches.

Parks tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yamada swivels and escapes.
Parks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Yamada.
Parks throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Yamada's head.
It looks like Kenshiro Yamada has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Parks throws a nice looking combination but Yamada bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Yamada throws a one two combo.
Yamada displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Parks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Domonic Parks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Parks scores with a head kick.
Yamada scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Parks looks to land a body kick but Yamada moved away.
Yamada loads up on a big right hand but Parks slips the punch.
Yamada throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yamada throws a right and a left that Parks avoids nicely.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Yamada! Parks is backing up but he can't get away as Yamada lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Parks and ends the fight. Great knockout.
