The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Bombard misses its intended target.
Bombard thows a body shot but no joy.
Bombard swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bombard throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Gruber stumbling backwards into the cage! Gruber bounces back off the cage towards Bombard, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Bombard lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Bombard celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hektor Bombard!
