Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stu Grimson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Zitto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grimson comes to the cage accompanied by Carcass-Corporeal Jigsore Quandary. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stu Grimson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hank Zitto! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zitto swats him away and circles back towards the center. Grimson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Zitto looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Grimson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Zitto is holding on to half guard well. Grimson is looking to stall here but Zitto recovers full guard. Grimson looking to sit in guard and control but Zitto gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Grimson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grimson working for submissions but it's allowed Zitto to get to half guard.
Grimson wants to control but Zitto is keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Grimson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Grimson throws his legs up looking for a submission but Zitto uses it to pass to side control.
Grimson seems a little lost for a moment, as Zitto dominates the positioning. Grimson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zitto off and has taken his back! Grimson is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Grimson misses with an elbow to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zitto manages to escape to a better position under a series of strikes. Grimson is now in side control. Grimson swings around for an armbar but Zitto sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Grimson's guard. Zitto won't allow Grimson to sweep him here. Grimson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zitto defends it easily. Zitto controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Grimson keeping moving, preventing Zitto from controlling successfully. Grimson looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Zitto puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Zitto sitting and controlling from the half guard. Grimson looking for submissions off his back. Zitto seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's six minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Grimson tries to get to full guard but Zitto has control of the leg. Well, if Zitto is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Grimson flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Grimson regains full guard. Nicely done. Grimson has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Zitto is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Grimson. You can see the frustration on Grimson's face as Zitto controls the position. Grimson regains half guard. Zitto is trying to work for a kimura but Grimson is defending well.
Grimson tries to roll over but Zitto keeps him under control.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Grimson is trying to maintain the position but Zitto is very close to passing his half guard. Grimson looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Zitto prevents Grimson from improving his position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Zitto gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Grimson throws a good cross that connects.
Grimson with a lazy takedown attempt and Zitto counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Grimson looking for subs off his back but Zitto has passed one foot through into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grimson is looking to control Zitto's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Grimson avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hank Zitto dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Zitto blocks a jab. Grimson tries to clinch but Zitto moves out of range. A swing and a miss from Grimson. Zitto takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Grimson looks to clinch and Zitto counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Grimson is looking to clinch but Zitto is avoiding it.
Grimson misses with a looping left. Grimson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Zitto counters by clinching up. Zitto blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Grimson lands a body punch. Zitto is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Zitto is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Grimson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Grimson misses with the head strike.
Zitto wants a takedown.
Stu Grimson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hank Zitto. Zitto blocks an uppercut.
Zitto has hold of one of Grimson's legs. Grimson is fighting the takedown attempt but Zitto gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Zitto is breathing heavily. Zitto is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grimson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zitto defends it easily. Zitto is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Grimson wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Zitto postures up.
Grimson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Zitto escapes and throws Grimson's legs to the side, diving into side control! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Grimson tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Grimson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grimson tries to improve his position but instead Zitto has taken his back! Zitto slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
You can see the frustration on Grimson's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Grimson has his foot on Zitto's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zitto works his way back into a safe position though. Zitto stopping the sweep attempt from Grimson. Grimson wants to hit a switch here but Zitto passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Grimson there! Zitto manages to capitalize on a mistake by Grimson to take his back!
That's five minutes gone in the round. Zitto is looking for the choke from the back position but Grimson is controlling his hands well. Grimson trying to control the action but Zitto just sinks the hooks in. Grimson is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Grimson breaks Zitto's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Zitto seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Zitto gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Grimson.
Zitto is rocked! Zitto defending well as Grimson loads up on a big left hand. Zitto is still on wobbly legs! Can Grimson finish him? Grimson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zitto. Grimson closes the distance and clinches. Grimson lands a big knee to the head and Zitto goes down! Grimson pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
