Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ito misses the jab.
Ito on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Ito swings for the body but Saito moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ito. Saito does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ito ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Ito tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Saito paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jun Ito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ito doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Saito thuds his right hand into Ito's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Saito scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Saito drops Ito with a beautiful combination! Ito stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Saito is looking for the KO!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Saito lands a nice hook to Ito's body. Ito takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Saito counters with a crisp one two that drops Ito! Saito thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ito to his feet! Ito is in big trouble!

Saito lands a nice hook to Ito's body. Ito takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Oh Ito is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Saito cracks Ito on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ito falls backwards against the cage. Saito follows up with more strikes that drop Ito to his knees. Saito keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ito! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hayato Saito!
