Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hama has closed the distance and engaged Mako in a clinch.
Mako has Hama pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hama manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Mako tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hama just stands there and leans against the cage.

Mako has hold of Hama's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hama manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hama is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Hama is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.

Mako has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hama has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Mako shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hama's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
